Repairs on that car can be an unexpected, and undesired expense, and nobody likes that kind of surprise! It’s for that reason that City Auto Centre provides a 6-month Powertrain warranty on all its vehicles at NO EXTRA COST!
Through our partnership with A-Protect Warranty – an industry leading vehicle warranty service – we’re able to provide your car, purchased from City Auto Centre, with the following coverage:
Engine (if damaged within) – Engine block and cylinder heads, crankshaft and main bearings, camshaft and bearings, crankshaft gears, connecting rods and bearings, push rods, rings and pins, timing chain(s), or belts and gears, valve lifters, pistons, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs and retainer, rocker arm assemblies, oil pump, oil pan, pivots, shaft, guides and lifters. Excluding: timing belt tensioners and guides, as we as all seals and gaskets used to contain liquids and lubricant(s).
Transmission – Automatic (when damaged from within) parts covered are: housing, torque converter modulator valve, vacuum modulator, valve body, gear sets, main and intermediate shafts, oil pump, and transmission mounts, clutches and bands.
Transaxle / Differential
a) Front Wheel Drive vehicles (transaxle) – Housing, main shafts, bearings, crown and pinion.
b) Rear Wheel Drive vehicles (differential) – Housing carrier gear and case, drive pinion and pinion gear, ring gear, differential cover, differential mounts and bearings.
Towing / Trip Interruption – A-Protect will reimburse you up to $50.00 per occurence for towing, lodging, meals, bus or taxi expenses incurred due to a breakdown covered in the Contract.
